The UK Customer Service Index (UKCSI) has been running for 14 years and is a measure of how customers feel they were treated by brands for across all industries. Over 10,000 consumers are asked to rate their experiences with the survey being published twice a year, incorporating two sets of data to create a rolling measure of customer satisfaction.
Suzuki has a running success in the UKCSI results having being awarded 1st in the Automotive category a staggering five times since 2019.
In the latest survey, Suzuki was once again ranked as the highest scoring car brand as well as scoring joint fifth when measured againt 265 companies across ALL sectors including the likes of John Lewis and M&S.
Not only was Suzuki the top Automotive brand but was 17 places ahead of the next Automotive brand from the full list of companies measured!
We all rely on our cars to go about our daily lives and when they break down, it can be an unnecessary inconvenience. With Suzuki you don't need to worry and there's awards to prove it!
What Car? Reliability Survey!
The 2023 survey took the results from 25,000 owners who shared their car ownership experiences, measuring all manufacturers and 400 different used models.
Owners were asked to report on their car ownership experience from six up to 20 years old and of the 30 car brands measured, Suzuki was the number one brand with a reliability score of 94.7%.
Owners praised Suzuki for having very few faults as well as being inexpensive to repair.
The Vitara (2015- present) recorded an outstanding 99.3% for reliability with only six per cent of owners reporting any faults with their car. Most importantly, all cars could still be driven, and were repaired on the same day.
It didn't stop there, with Swift (2010-2017) owners reporting 98.81% for reliability and no repair bills exceeding £100 of the small faults reported.
Honest John Most Reliable Car Brands
More than 6,000 owners were asked to rate their car out of 10 when it came to reliability.
Out of all the UK brands in the 2023 survey, Suzuki came 2nd with an impressive score of 9.75 out of 10. Once again the Swift and Vitara were the leading models with owners praising their dependability and scoring Suzuki high for build quality and reliability.
