      Are you an enthusiastic and driven sales orientated professional looking for a new challenge in the motor trade and automotive industry?

      We are a true family run business with excellent staff retention.  We have recently been expanding and adding to the team and are looking for enthusiastic driven people who are able to interact with customers of all ages, and deal with the sales process on both new and used cars, from prospecting through to handover.  Position is available at our Ashton-under-Lyne branch.

      The person chosen to join our team will:

      • be enthusiastic and driven sales professional  (appropriate training/mentoring will be provided)
      • have the ability to source and contact potential new customers, and work an existing database
      • have the ability to achieve the sales targets for new and used vehicles, maximising profit through achieving best sale prices and upselling of products and accessories
      • be competent to follow through all aspects of the sales process, including paperwork and legislation, from prospecting customers to handover of a vehicle
      • have excellent communication and customer facing skills and can demonstrate excellent customer satisfaction skills
      • be able to adapt to the family style ethos and promote our APPY core values with our customers
      • be trustworthy and reliable in, and committed to the role
      • have a full UK driving licence (preferably clean)

  • Aftersales Advisor

    • Salary: £18k Basic - £20k OTE, plus bonus potential
      Hours: 40hpw, Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (occasional Saturday hours on rota basis if required) 

      We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.  We are looking for a person who has a minimum 3 years experience in this same role, with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Kerridge.  The role is at our Suzuki Car Dealership in Keighley.

      Some of the key tasks will be:

      • Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
      • Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
      • Seek to obtain referrals for customers’ families and friends
      • Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
      • Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
      • Document all warranty work as per manufacturers’ requirements and dealership policy
      • Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy

       

      The person to join our team will:

      • already have experience in this role (preferably with Suzuki, but not essential)
      • be friendly and approachable with good communication skills
      • be an excellent team-player, well organised, and reliable
