      Can you offer your internal and external customer's high levels of customer service?

      We are a true family run business with excellent staff retention and, due an internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a confident and professional Parts Advisor to join our Huddersfield Suzuki/Subaru  branch.  The ideal candidate will have a background in the motor industry and be able to identify and sell parts, and can provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone to members of the public, other dealerships and garages, and internal service and sales departments.  You will be well organised and computer literate with a working knowledge of Kerridge DMS.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Promptly deal with customer orders received in person over the counter, via telephone or electronically, including supplying technicians and valeters with items to enable them to complete their jobs
      • Be familiar with the product catalogues and price lists and processes
      • Provide accurate pricing for parts, ensure customer is fully aware of the order and returns terms, likely costs and delivery timescales
      • Suggest appropriate alternatives if applicable and identify upsell opportunities to maximise sales and profit
      • Ensure parts are booked out against job numbers, monitor stock levels, and carry out stock checks as required
      • Order stock as required and book in to stock in-line with goods in procedures
      • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and confidence
      • Maintain a well organised and labelled stock room, for ease of finding parts
      • Raising invoices for parts sold, pro-forma invoices for special order parts, raising WIPs/job cards
      • Plan and prepare the parts delivery driver’s daily orders

       

      Essentials:

      • Motor trade background and able to identify and sell parts
      • ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and colleagues and understand their requirements
      • competent to follow through all aspects of the purchasing and sales process, including paperwork and legislation, from prospecting customers to handover of a vehicle

      We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.  We are looking for a person who has a minimum 3 years experience in this same role, with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Kerridge.  The role is at our Suzuki Car Dealership in Keighley.

      Some of the key tasks will be:

      • Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
      • Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
      • Seek to obtain referrals for customers’ families and friends
      • Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
      • Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
      • Document all warranty work as per manufacturers’ requirements and dealership policy
      • Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy

       

      The person to join our team will:

      • already have experience in this role (preferably with Suzuki, but not essential)
      • be friendly and approachable with good communication skills
      • be an excellent team-player, well organised, and reliable

      We are looking for a Diagnostic Technician to join our team. We are looking for a person who has a minimum 2/3 years experience with Nissan, with overall experience of 6 years plus. The role is at our Nissan Car Dealership in Keighley.

      The person chosen to join our team will:

      • Be a skilled, competent and reliable vehicle diagnostic technician with at least minimum 2/3 year franchise experience and overall 6 years experience plus
      • Work to the highest standards
      • Hold a manufacturer’s qualification preferably with Nissan and trained to level of Master Tech
      • Be capable of successfully investigating and diagnosing and resolving faults, working to minimum quality and safety standards, keeping detailed and accurate records
      • Be MOT test qualified (preferable, not essential)
      • Have a full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
