The Suzuki Ignis is now here!

The new Suzuki Ignis has classic, sleek and bold looks and the reviews all say what a great little car it is. Its compact design means it's easy to manoeuvre and park, perfect for negotiating the city. But don't be fooled by its relatively small dimensions - inside the Ignis is spacious and well-equipped. The 1.2 (standard and dueljet) engines keep running costs low with up to 70mpg and from £0 road tax. The new Ignis also comes in both two wheel and four wheel drive variants with manual and automatic gearbox options.

In typical Suzuki style, the Ignis comes with a high specification as standard including DAB radio, Bluetooth, air conditioning, front electric windows and remote central locking - all from just £9,999. As you step up through the models, there are some brand new features including Apple CarPlay, Driving Assist System, Grip Control and Hill Descent Control - some which helped the Ignis gain a 5 star EURO NCAP safety rating on the SZ-T & SZ5.

This is what the experts are saying:

The Ignis is a breath of fresh air in the city car class, with its distinctive crossover styling, bold details and light kerbweight.

When you bear in mind the Ignis's very generous standard equipment and outstanding space and practicality, it certainly has something its competitors don't.

With its distinctive styling, cleverly packaged cabin and proven, economical 1.2-litre petrol engine, the Suzuki Ignis is a surprisingly sensible alternative to city cars like the Volkswagen Up. But it also provides an extra bit of crossover character and, surprisingly, the option of all-wheel drive for those who live in harsher climates.

Honest John

It’s a superb piece of styling, usefully practical, set to be aggressively priced

But don't just take our word for it on how good the new Suzuki Ignis is, why not come and take it for a test drive and decide for yourself?
