The team was established 22 years ago to support multiple British Champion Robin Appleyard who dominated the GP125cc class in the UK, and also achieved considerable success in the GP250 class.
As one of the longest established teams in the paddock we have amassed an impressive track record including 90 Grand Prixs and 7 British Championship titles. Now, with both Appleyard and Macadam combining their experience and strength, the result is a potent force, ready and able to achieve further success.
Our aim is and always has been, to focus on young British talent bringing forward the stars of tomorrow. We use our knowledge and experience to develop the potential and to help them progress with their racing careers.
2011 will see us continuing this philosophy and concentrating our efforts in the British GP125 and Supersport 600 Championships. We will be retaining two of our riders from 2010, Jack Kennedy and Deane Brown, and also bringing on board another talented youngster Ryan Watson, who will take up a second ride in the GP125 class.
As ever the team will be managed by ex-GP rider and British Champion Robin Appleyard. Robin will devote his time and expertise to help the riders perform to the best of their ability. Also looking forward to an exciting and successful season are joint team owners and long time supports of motorcycle racing, Colin Appleyard and Doug Macadam.
